Coffee break: Time is slipping so I am announcing a new group

Team I am sorry. I have been so busy with the unfolding of life’s drama, I have had no time to post my latest articles. My newborn nephew has only seen me twice in the last two days and that alone makes me feel irresponsible. I owe you two answers on ask a coach and a book review as well as a couple of training posts. I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL COME NEXT WEEK.
