		<description>Speaking of President Bush, do you remember in the spring of &#039;03 when his approval was at 70% after the major combat assault on Iraq was complete?  I remember how everyone thought he was going to go down as one of the best Presidents in history.  Flying to the aircraft deck and all.  I didn&#039;t think he was that good then, nor as bad as many think he is now.  Just an observation on how things always change as time goes by.  Great advice on the post also.</description>
